Mihun hong kong

Bahan-bahan:
1 bungkus mihun - direndam
300gm udang
300gm isi ayam - dipotong kecil
300gm daging - dipotong nipis-nipis
300gm sawi - dipotong lebih kurang 2 inci
2 batang karot - dihiris
3 biji buah tomato - dibelah 6
1 sudu teh serbuk lada hitam
1 sudu teh serbuk lada sulah
1 ketul kiub pati ayam
garam secukup rasa
minyak

bahan-bahan kisar:
1 inci halia
2 labu bawang besar
5 ulas bawang putih

cara:

  • panaskan minyak dan tumiskan bahan-bahan kisar sehingga wangi
  • masukkan karot, daging, ayam, lada sulah, lada hitam, kiub ayam, udang dan sedikit air
  • kacaukan rata
  • apabila semua sudah empuk barulah dimasukkan mihun, sawi dan buah tomato
  • bubuh garam secukup rasa dan digaul rata
  • padamkan api dan sedia untuk dihidangkan
