Bahan-bahan:
240gm tepung gandum
1/2 camt garam
2 biji telur - dipukul sedikit
150ml susu cair
sedikit pewarna kuning
air secukupnya
minyak untuk mengris
cara:
- ayakkan tepung ke dalam mangkuk adunan
- masukkan garam, telur, pewarna kuning, susu cair, air secukupnya dan pukulkan sehingga rata
- bancuh sampai larut adunan
- pastikan bancuhan tidak begitu pekat atau cair
- kemudian tapiskan
- panaskan kuali leper (non-stick) dengan sedikit minyak
- kemudian letakkan adunan ke dalam botol acuan dan putarkan mengikut corak yang disukai
- biarkan sebentar dan kemudian angkat
- lakukan sehingga habis adunan digunakan
- ambil sekeping roti jala tadi dan gulungkan
- susunkan ke dalam piring dan hidangkan bersama2 dengan kuah kari atau kuah durian
