Pain au chocolate

Bahan-bahan (makes 14):
350gm doh croissant - lihat resepi di sini
1 1/2 x 150gm bars chocolate

1 biji telur dipukul dengan secubit garam - untuk sapuan

cara:

1. ikuti resepi dan cara2 untuk buat croissant sehingga up to the point of cutting your rolled rectangle of dough around 30x75cm lengthways into two strips. instead of cutting your strips of dough into triangles, cut each strip crossways into 7 rectangles about 10cm wide (so you end up with 14 reactangles approximately 15x10cm). lay out the rectangles, long side facing you
2. patahkan chocolate bars of around 3 squares (seperti dalam gambar di bawah) dan letakkan ke atas doh dan gulungkan
3. sapukan dengan telur dan bakar pada suhu 200-180C selama 18-20 min
